Shipping costs: We have a standard delivery charge of R120.00 per order. We offer FREE delivery within the Cape Town CBD.

Delivery times: We ask that you allow up to seven working days, once your order has been accepted, for it to be despatched.

Delivery will be attempted between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Unless otherwise arranged.

Please be aware that we are occasionally required to make additional checks on you payment or address details and this may delay your order.

Delivery conditions: A signature is required for all deliveries. Please note that we will not leave goods ‘safe’ or ‘hidden’.

If you cannot be present to sign for the delivery, please remember that you can specify an alternative delivery address (e.g. office or family member) at the time of ordering. If you are requesting the goods be delivered to your work address, please ensure you include the business name. You may be required to confirm these details and, if so, a member of the company will attempt to contact you by phone.

Goods can only be signed for by a neighbour if we receive specific instruction from you authorising us to do so.

Unsuccessful deliveries: Our designated Courier service will initially make two attempts at delivery on consecutive working days. After each unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest Courier depot.

They will then hold the hold the goods at this depot for five working days to allow you to collect the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the order, it will be returned to Racketlon SA. If we then receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five days, the payment will be refunded minus our delivery charge.

Should you wish any further delivery attempts, authorise that goods are left with a neighbour, or change the delivery address once the order has been despatched, please email info(at)racketlon.co.za with the order number/consignment reference and the relevant details. Please note that re-direction of consignments and any additional delivery attempts are solely at the discretion of Racketlon SA, and authorisation may not always be given.
